Hello, I’m Marie, Remedial Massage Therapist and founder of Sana Wellness.

Originally from France, my journey into bodywork began with a deep curiosity about the mind body connection and the powerful impact therapeutic touch can have on our wellbeing. Over the years, I have explored different forms of massage and discovered just how transformative intentional, grounded touch can truly be.

My work blends clinical understanding with intuitive presence. I offer remedial massage with a special focus on lymphatic drainage, supporting the body’s natural ability to release, detoxify, reduce inflammation and return to flow. This gentle, rhythmic technique is especially powerful when the nervous system is able to soften, which is exactly the environment I aim to create for you.

Alongside this, I provide supportive bodywork for women experiencing pelvic pain, tension or discomfort. Pelvic pain is often deeply connected to nervous system patterns, stress, inflammation or emotional holding within the body. My approach is never forceful. It is slow, respectful and centred around creating safety in the tissues first. Through gentle abdominal, hip and nervous system support work, sessions are designed to ease tension patterns, improve circulation and invite more space and softness into the pelvic area.

I am passionate about helping people reach their wellness goals, whether that means relieving pain, managing physical tension, reducing inflammation, supporting recovery or simply reconnecting with their bodies. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual, using a combination of techniques that support balance in the heart, body and mind.​

Why Sana?

Sana means “to heal” in Latin, the roots of my native language. To me, healing is about restoring harmony mentally, physically and spiritually. It can be a long and sometimes sinuous process, but with love, presence and patience, deep transformation is possible.
